Head of Projects

Are you ready to shape the future of work and guide our customers around data & AI? We are looking for a Project Lead to manage clients, our technical team and technological implementation projects of our custom AI-solutions. At Reshaped, you will help our organisation scale and manage innovative projects for industrial companies. You work very closely with the Co-founders and Tech Lead to grow the company towards >15fte in 2025. Your growth path and possible next step could be a COO-role.

What you will do:

We focus on delivering high-quality results and creating a great work environment for our team. As a Head of Projects, you'll ensure a structured approach to development and delivery, consistently exceeding our customer’s expectations. This includes:

1. Lead Projects

• Lead the design and implementation of complex technology projects focusing on innovation.

• Develop capability models, roadmaps, and vision designs through expert interviews and strategic planning.

• Monitor progress to ensure milestone goals are achieved.

2. Agile Project Management

• Serve as a project lead to facilitate agile project management and guide our internal technical team.

• Ensure projects are on time and in scope by coordinating planning, scheduling internal/external meetings, and removing blockers.

• Manage scope to prevent scope creep and focus only on value-adding tasks for developers.

3. Smooth Project Process

• Remove obstacles and monitor deadlines.

• Represent the interests of end users throughout the product lifecycle.

• Ensure project milestones are met and stakeholders are aligned.

• Keep project scope under control while adding maximum value.

• You will be working with tools such as Slack, Jira, Float and Notion.

4. Stakeholder and User Management

• Manage stakeholder communication, planning, and user access requests.

• Facilitate user acceptance tests, ensuring the solution aligns with end-user needs.

• Build strong client relationships while overseeing project success.

Must have:

• Relevant work experience (2-5 years) within the technology sector or Project management.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with Agile delivery methods and principles.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Pragmatic, results-driven approach to delivering client solutions.

• Confidence to manage complex projects, ensuring milestones and scope alignment.

• Passion for AI, innovation, and creating impact with an entrepreneurial spirit.
