Medior AI Engineer

We are looking for a medior AI Engineer to strengthen our team's capabilities in delivering solutions around data & AI. At Reshaped, you will help our organisation build, scale and manage innovative projects for industrial companies. You work very closely with the Co-founders and Tech Lead to grow the company towards >15fte in 2025. You have the opportunity to shape your career in a growing company, with pathways to leadership roles or further technical roles such as Solution Architect or specialism in a specific AI domain.

As an AI Engineer you will be working on projects around data & AI with a focus on GenAI and LLM’s for large organisations. You get the chance to build up experience in the Data & AI Microsoft domain. You can expect to build AI applications with Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Knowledge Graphs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data engineering / science with a keen interest in applying these skills within the Microsoft ecosystem. Given our collaboration with Microsoft technologies, experience or proficiency with tools such as Azure is beneficial. From day one we expect a hands-on mentality and eagerness to innovate and take responsibility.

Must have:

• Master's degree in a technical field, for example AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Business Information Management;

• Relevant work experience (1-3 years)

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• You are a challenger, flexible, curious and willing to go for the extra mile

Nice to have:

• Founder experience, entrepreneurial mindset, passion for innovation and LLM’s

• Familiar in AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., Huggingface, Langchain).

• Microsoft Azure certificates, particularly Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Azure Administrator Associate

• Proficient in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform and Co-pilot studio
