About Reshaped

Reshaped is an AI boutique with a mission to accelerate innovation in traditional industries. We help C-level executives and business managers identify use cases and set strategic roadmaps. Our team designs and implements AI applications and manages transformations to improve and scale our customers' operations. Currently, we are working towards establishing a Data & AI partnership with Microsoft.

We specialize in collaborating with large organizations (500-7,500 employees) that want to transform their business using AI-driven tools. Our work starts with data and ideas, but we also recognize that robust security and compliance frameworks are essential to building trust. That’s why we are taking the important step of obtaining ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications.

As part of this journey, we’re looking for a motivated Cybersecurity Intern to assist in achieving these certifications and strengthening our information security systems.

What you will do

• Support the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001, using a structured toolkit with guidance from our partner NAALA.

• Participate in kick-off sessions, bi-weekly check-ins, and phase reviews to track and ensure progress.

• Assist in analyzing and documenting our cybersecurity and compliance processes.

• Help draft security policies, procedures, and other key documentation required for ISO certification.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to address challenges and align on priorities.

What we’re looking for

• You are currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Security, Legal Studies, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

• You are interested in standards like ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR compliance.

• You are detail-oriented, organized, and have strong analytical skills.

• You have effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity or compliance frameworks is a plus, but not required.

• You need to take responsibility and are passionate about working with ChatGPT and prompts.
