AI Engineer

Do you want to shape the future of work with Gen AI? We are looking for an AI Engineer to strengthen our team's capabilities in delivering AI-driven solutions. At Reshaped you have the opportunity to implement Large Language Models for mid-sized and large organisations. We go beyond ChatGPT and stay at the forefront of what is possible in the cloud. You can expect to build AI applications with Retrieval-Augmented Generation and Knowledge Graphs.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data engineering / science with a keen interest in applying these skills within the Microsoft ecosystem. Given our extensive engagement with Microsoft technologies, proficiency with diverse tools such as Azure is highly beneficial. From day one we expect an entrepreneurial mindset and the eagerness to innovate and take responsibility.

Reshaped is an AI consultancy and implementation partner. Our approach is to find, shape and manage AI-driven solutions. We help C-level and business managers to identify use cases and set strategic roadmaps. We design and implement LLM applications in Azure. We manage by scaling, improving and helping customers to transform their way of working.

Must have:

• Master's degree in a technical field, for example Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Business Information Management;
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• You are a challenger, flexible, curious and willing to go for the extra mile

Nice to have: 

• 1-5 years of working experience
• Familiar in AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., Huggingface, Langchain).
• Microsoft Azure certificates, particularly Solutions Architect or Adminstrator
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform and Co-pilot studio
